| Fans hit with massive hike in admission prices for next season | Club rocks fans with huge increases after securing Championship status. John Cross is also once again the organiser So he's 48 hours after securing their Championship status the club have announced a huge increase in Season ticket prices for next season. Most season ticket holders will be faced with a 26% increase following the board of directors decision today with matchday tickets rising to £24. The club have also introduced a new additional pricing stucture with tickets referred to as Platinum and Gold for key games which will be more expensive than the regular (£24) Silver matchday ticket. Whlst the club have argued that the increase will help to fund the budget for players fans see the lack of investment by the board in the stadium and the poor state of facilities on offer for both home and away fans as a major cause of concern. On an evening when many fans and parts of the media are being denied an opportunity to congratulate and show their apreciation to the fine achievement of the players this season. There is a growing resentment amongst long suffering fans that their voices and contributions are being increasingly ignored by those running the club.
