Rangers winger Alan Gow signs on Loan

Rangers have agreed to loan Blackpool their young forward Alan Gow subject to International clearance. The Seasiders will also have the option to sign the 25-year-old on a permanent basis for a fee that has already been agreed with the Scottish side, if the loan move is a success.

The Scottish B international has found himself way down the pecking order at Ibrox and is surplus to requirements.

Pool faced competition from Hearts after they earlier made an enquiry for the player who started his career with Clydebank and then switched to Airdrie United and then Falkirk before Rangers secured his services last summer. Despite only a couple of appearances against East Fife in the League Cup and East Stirlingshire in the Scottish Cup, he is regarded as a great prospect north of the border.

As part of the Kyle Lafferty transfer Gow had a chance to move to Burnley however, he failed to agree personal terms and now becomes Grayson's 14th signing this summer.
