Blackpool chairman Karl Oyston has dismissed speculation that manager Ian Holloway might leave following their relegation from the Premier League.The Seasiders will return to the second tier of English football after Sunday's defeat by champions Manchester United.
"Ian tells me he is very happy," Oyston told BBC Radio Lancashire.
"We've got a very good, close working relationship and the policies that we have discussed and are about to implement are Ian's."
Oyston, who has been chairman since 1999, added: "I think he still sees his job with us as a work in progress, as I do.
"We want to make the club stronger and gear ourselves to get back into the Premier League."

Oyston also confirmed that development of their Bloomfield Road stadium will continue over the summer and is hopeful building work will also start soon on a new training ground.
"The training ground is a project that we are keen to complete as soon as we can but I will just concentrate on trying to deliver these things and not try and set any dates," he said.
"With the best will in the world, when you are embarking on a major project sometimes you can have lengthy delays which are totally out of your control.
"Having been too enthusiastic in the past trying to put timelines on various projects, I've decided that it is wiser not to give a timescale. But we would like to get the corner of the ground completed as close as possible to the start of the season so we don't reduce our capacity."
