Ian Holloway faces selection problems in defence as he looks to turn around Blackpool's npower Championship slump against Nottingham Forest.
Holloway's early-season pacesetters suffered a fourth defeat in five league outings against managerless Lancashire rivals Burnley on Saturday.
They did so without the services of Craig Cathcart, who suffered a calf injury in the warm-up to force Ian Evatt into the starting line-up despite his own issues with a knee complaint.
"I doubt very much he (Cathcart) will have any chance for Tuesday.," Holloway told the Blackpool Gazette. "Ian Evatt's knee has also been locking.
"We've had a scan on that and he has quite bad bone bruising, so he could do with a rest really. That's the reason he was named on the bench on Saturday, but it's a good job I put him on the bench."
Kirk Broadfoot could come into the heart of the defence should Holloway opt not to risk Evatt, while veteran forward Kevin Phillips is set to be sidelined with a calf strain.
Nottingham Forest striker Dexter Blackstock is available after serving a three-match ban.
The return of the 26-year-old, who was sent off in controversial circumstances during Forest's match against Championship rivals Derby on September 30, provides competition for fellow strikers Billy Sharp, Simon Cox and Marcus Tudgay.
Manager Sean O'Driscoll will be without midfielder Adlene Guedioura, who begins a two-match suspension following his sending off against Cardiff on Saturday.
The game is expected to come too soon for Henri Lansbury, who is out with a hamstring injury, while Sam Hutchinson is likely to miss out with a knee injury.
On-loan striker Sharp scored his first goal in a Forest shirt during Saturday's 3-1 victory over Cardiff and is expected to keep his place in Forest's strikeforce once again at Bloomfield Road.
