Are Parkes and Thommo set to finally land the Seasiders job?

Local reports suggest that caretakers Tony Parkes and Steve Thomson who stepped in after Simon Grayson left for Leeds are to be offered the managment posts. Speculation has been mounting after the duo led Pool to safety finishing in 16th place that Oyston would make their jobs permanent.

Disucssions have reportedly taken place however contracts and the elevation of Gary Parkinson to the backroom staff as a permenent number 3 are still to be resolved.
